Robbery cycle or whatever its called ruined the game

I have been playing Jailbreak since it released and can say 100% whatever update introduced only 3 robberies open at at time has to be by far the worst update ever. I used to regard the jetpack being added the worst update until they added this garbage. I'm trying to get HyperDiamond 4 and the cycles just continue to skip Jewelry store on multiple occasions. I don't want to imagine how much worse it will be once I'm going for HyperDiamond 5. I played for like 2 hours and the jewel store only opened about 2 or 3 times because it just continues to skip jewelry cycle. I don't get how they think this is ok. I'm gonna have a family by the time I get HyperDiamond 4 and I will be a millionaire by the time I get HyperDiamond 5 at this rate.
