looking for a team for my game. [SERIOUS]

Hello you guys. I am looking for a team of scripters, animators, modelers, and builders. I am working on a game and I can't do it by myself because it would take literally 5 years solo. I am willing to pay of course, depending on the quality of work and previous experience. I can code fairly well but lack skills in other fields of development. I am not asking you to make the game for me, I'm asking for assistance. Only comment if you are serious about this. I will post the premise of the game below:

This is a farming, combat, and social interaction game where players start with a small cottage and a modest farm. Players will plant crops, raise animals, mine resources, and defend their farm from monsters at night. As they progress, they can upgrade their equipment, tools, and farm buildings. Players can also gather resources through fishing, mining, and woodcutting, which can be sold at the town shop for money. However, the shop takes a small cut of any sales, so players must manage their resources wisely. The game also features a rich multiplayer experience, allowing players to visit each other’s farms, trade resources, and challenge each other to duels or combat in designated areas. NPCs in the town offer quests and rewards, and building relationships with them unlocks special items, discounts, and farm assistance. The game combines farming, combat, and crafting, encouraging players to manage resources, improve their skills, and explore a vibrant, community-driven world.
