Does anyone know the name of this game?

I can't remember the name of this game I used to play. I remember the game was set in this rural desert town, sort of like New Mexico? And in the game you had a phone you could use to message other players in the server, call for a taxi, call for police, etc. You could also rent apartments/houses and you had jobs. Does anyone know the name of this game?
