Falsely perma-banned after TFT

Hi everyone,

I wasn't sure how to bring attention to this but I believe I've been falsely banned by Riot games for "cheating" via third party tools.

I've contacted Riot Support and although they were friendly, but they were adamant that the ban has been correctly placed due to "scripting" softwares. I offered to provide additional evidence about the software and logs on my PC but Riot Support decided to close the ticket on me.

I am a longtime Riot Games fan, and have an account 10+ years old that holds sentimental value to me, and I have invested a big sum of time and money into their games. (TFT, Valorant, League of Legends, though I only play TFT nowadays). Hence why I'm a bit disappointed and frustrated that I can't play my favourite TFT anymore and feel sad that I've been wrongly accused.

When I was banned, I was playing TFT (I only play TFT now and can't remember the last time I played an ARAM or normal league) and I have no motive or even want to script to risk a perma-ban on my old account with tons of money spent on it, especially in TFT where the benefit of scripting is negligible. I completely understand Riot's stance on scripting and third-party tools. However, I can confirm with full honesty that I have never engaged in such behavior. The extent of tools I use is Outplayed, in order to record various game clips.

As shown above, my gameplay statistics and rank progression reflect normal play. As mentioned earlier, I achieved placements such as 4, 5, 3, 5, 3, 8, 6, 2, 1, 2, and I’ve consistently hit Masters in previous TFT sets without issues and these results do not suggest scripting or unfair play.

I fully respect Riot’s commitment to maintaining fair play and understand their position, but as a loyal player who has invested time and resources into their games, I truly hope they can understand my frustration and disbelief at being banned for something I have not done.
