All in one emulator

Hi all, just joined this sub. I wanted to ask if anyone has used an all in one emulator to play retro games?

If anyone has got a game stick/box could you point me towards one that is the best to buy. I have been looking online but there aren’t many reviews around.

Preferably I would like one that I can connect to my tv rather than a handheld.
