Bullgator is driving me crazy. Too many activity in legendary spot

Howdy folks.

As the title states above, im finally able to hunt the bullgator, but t it says too many activity in the area. I tried the youtube advices and other reddit threads.
Like kill all the wildelife in the area, see if theres a random event (it was only the trapper guy with the night folks) or missions, tried shooting in the air, camped, slept till evening,night,morning and nothing.
I went and did a mission, tried to save the game and reload and nothing.
Idk if its fully bugged or what but im just hopeless that i cant hunt that damn monster down.
Anyone got a fix for this? It would be really helpfull.
