Salaries and hourly wages are lack luster.

I have been in IT for 27 years and like most of you here.. seeking the next opportunity. I am shell shocked by the salaries and hourly wages employers are offering. It's disgusting and disrespectful! Saw a Field Support Technical role at $17 to $19 an hour and a Tier III support Engineer role at $60k. Really? This is peanuts !! How the hell is anyone going to make a living with the ask of responsibilities?? It is impossible to fathom how someone starting their work life/career if you may let alone someone in their mid to late career survive, yet alone live? There is a huge difference!!
