Told I'm the perfect fit, rejected.

Been job searching for 3 months now, i had a few interviews and this recent one I thought I did great. It was my top choice too. They said I was a perfect fit in the interview and that my personality would fit the team. 3 weeks go by and I recieve the rejection today.
