Unable to update BIOS

RB 15 Advanced i7 8750H RTX2070MQ

I have used the BIOS updater exe from RAZERs website to update my BIOS from 1.04 to 1.05 but the progress bar went from 0 to 100% in less than half a second and my BIOS version is still 1.04 in the BIOS. I believe this failed/partial update has done sone weird stuff to my laptop as I cannot apply undervolt using Throttlestop and Throttlestop shows my Turbo values as 130, 123, 0, etc. This all happened after the botched update.

I tried flashing my original BIOS .rom backup that I made when I got the laptop last year just in case using AFUWIN. AFUWIN worked fine earlier, that’s how I was able to get the backup done but now, a year later and after upgrading to windows 11 (maybe that matters, maybe not), opening AFUWIN crashes my laptop causing a BSOD. I also tried using afudos but my RB will not, for the life of me, boot from the USB.

Please help me figure how to fix the AFUWIN BSODs or use a USB to flash the original BIOS back.
