is steelers vs bengals a win win regardless of outcome?

If the bengals win then ravens are one game away from taking back the division and if the steelers win, the bengals are out of contention for playoffs. I really don't want the ravens facing the bengals in the playoffs, since two of our games were way too close for comfort. which outcome do you think is better in this scenario? maybe steelers and bengals split.
