Stuck at Shaded Citadel

Basically, I didn't eat the Fly Neuron that makes Slug cat emits light and now shade citadel is dark as F I literally cannot see a thing only slug cat and I'm just stuck, I tried ti navigate on my own and find something by pure luck but I just dont have time to waste that much time I'm considering uninstalling the game, any help?
