Will FSR4 come to previous gens?

NVIDIA just released their DLSS4 Transformer model that has full compatibility with multiple games, on multiple cards old and new, meanwhile AMD seems to be taking the absolutely idiotic "RX 9000 Series exclusive" route with FSR4. If they do this, they will completely handicap themselves with this new implementation.

AMD, if you're listening, don't be stupid. At LEAST make FSR4 work on RX 7000.
