Red Dead Redemption settings on RX 7800 XT and Ryzen 7 5700X3D with 16 GB Apacer Nox RAM

Hi guys!

I'm just asking for help here about the RDR2 settings. I can't play the game properly because it crashes. Max FPS 80-90 but drops too much and then suddenly lags. Please help what needs to be done, I have 1TB of SSD M.2 and 250+ more space.
