Spermatogenesis: Is everything gone from 74th day?

Honest and quick question: Is everything achieved by spermatogenesis (64+ days) gone after ejaculating 4 times in a day on 101st day?

Story: I was on a long streak...100+ days... Spermatogenesis happens around 70 days where your body reabsorbs the unused sperms and provides nutrition to brain and body. I felt that happening to me from day 74 - 90. After day 90, cravings came back and happened to relapse on SR by ejaculating 4 times straight in 2 hours on 101st day.

So, my question is where do I fall back exactly? 75th day (the day after 1st round of spermatogenesis)? or day 0?

Please don't reject this question by saying is already answered in the posts. Believe me, it's not. There is no post regarding the resetting of spermatogenesis cycle.
