How can i make Psychedelic noises using Vst plugins

hey i just wanna know how can i make psychedelic Rock sound and effect like Pink Floyd noises or King gizzard and The lizard wizard's synth and squels inside a DAW using plugins and VST's i know its very hard to recreate those sounds without real instrument but im huge psychedelic Rock Fan and i wanna start making music for now i only have Fl studio and some plugins
