Is there any way to make the walls disappear on the first floor while having a lofted upstairs?
I've built a bar outside mine and my buddy's base, but I can't make the walls beyond the lofted space disappear when I'm on the first floor. At first I thought it was because the second story didn't have a ceiling, but then I added a ceiling and the walls are still there. I've looked around, and what I've found says that player-made buildings can't have lofts since they need to be fully enclosed (floor, ceiling, walls) on every level.
However, I really really want that lofted space for the bar. Is there any way I can get around the game requirements and keep the lofted area? I'm willing to add mods if anyone knows a mod that can help. Screenshots included below (there's a small third floor, but it's enclosed and counts as being indoors since there's no rain visuals when I'm in there).
