How to light fire without without matches/lighter?

In the wiki it mentions the survival lighter, but I haven't been able to find the recipe for making the sturdy sticks nor the survival lighter itself. I've asked a few times in Discord but nobody answered, any help would be much appreciated because I'm nearly out of matches. Thanks
