All of the sudden all brake lights come on. OBD2 shows no code. What should I do?

This morning, on my way to work, I noticed the brake lights suddenly came on. After driving home, I used an OBD2 scanner, but there were no error codes.

For context, I had a brake issue before Christmas. I ended up going to a local mechanic because everywhere else was busy (not the one I will go this time if I choose local mechanic). They replaced the entire caliper on one wheel. I was skeptical since I had done the yearly service at Toyota just three months earlier. But I’ve heard that calipers can fail unexpectedly, so I let it go. But with these lights on I even think if that mechanic didn't set the brake system correctly.

Also, I left the car at the airport and forgot to turn off one interior light, came back from my holidays to find a dead battery and needed to jump start the car.

Now I’m torn. I know dealerships are often seen as expensive, but my closest (45 mins drive) Toyota dealership has an excellent reputation. Part of me hopes they might cover the issue under some kind of warranty since it’s only been five months since the last service. However, I’m not sure if that’s realistic and also safe to drive that far.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
