First time pregnant

Im pregnant for the first time, i found out im pregnant on 11/1/2024 I went to my ob immediately he told me my first ultrasound will be on my fifth week? My period was on 16/12/2024 and my ultrasound is 24/1/2025 does this sound about right?

He also told me to stop all the natal vitamins and only to stick to folic acid? Im thinking about changing the guy lol tell me what u think?
