Pregnant and have the flu scared about baby

I’m pretty sure I have the flu. I am feeling awful. I do not have a fever, that’s what I need to worry about right?? Baby is fine as long as I don’t run a fever?? I am 18weeks so baby is pretty far developed. I am so worried this is going to harm baby somehow. My OB said I can take mucinex but that’s really it.
