Anyone else’s heart rate in the 100s?

36W FTM here, my heart rate has been in the 100s (typically ranging from resting range 100 - 135) - I’m not sure for how long however I was recently hospitalized after my heart rate spiked to 162 randomly. Terrible experience. I’m now on a 2 day heart monitor.

My OB doesn’t seem concerned about my heart rate being high since my blood pressure is normal. But I’m getting anxious and worried about it.

Is anyone else experience this?
