Military Recruiters Target low income and minority students

I was not made aware of this ealier but public schools are required to release their students contact information to military recruiters. Some schools will also tell their students it's mandatory to take the asvab test and those scores are released to the military unless parents opt out ahead of time. You can contact the school and tell them you do not want your child's information being released nor do you want them taking the asvab test. They are relentless as I'm sure some of you know and target low income and minority based schools. This information was not released from the school district and I only found out when I was trying to figure out a way to stop the calls so I want to pass this on to you all so your own children can make the decision to join on their own without outside pressure.
