What is your favorite water recipe?

Hi all,

I got Epsom salts and baking soda in order to be able to replicate some water recipes from BH but I’m not sure which one is the one I should give a try.

I’m using a Hario Switch with CC recipe to brew my coffee. What is your favorite water recipe?
