Sooo, new to getting blood drawn so often…

I am not a needle fan, but I can get past the initial prick. But if they take enough blood, my blood pressure inevitably drops and I feel terrible and nearly pass out. Any way to combat this?

I am still hoping nothing’s wrong with me. But my new hematologist says that for most things that COULD be wrong, phlebotomy is the answer. My entire life I’ve had a strong aversion to getting my blood drawn, so this is like…nightmare fuel.

Also, has anyone had this many tests done only to find out they have no idea what’s going on? I have high RBCs, high hemoglobin, high hematocrit, and high total protein.
