How do I start playing Airsoft?

Do I just book the place with some friends and just learn by experience or is it better to get a trainer?if so, where would I get said trainer? and at what cost? can i rent the guns before I decide to buy my own? I found some website, but nothing suggesting a trainer or how to start. btw, I'm in Warsaw
