Poketwo stopped spawning Pokemon and I’m not sure what to do

The server I made with my friends has 31 people in it and poketwo just stopped spawning in the poketwo channel. I’m not sure if it’s because when the evo messages kept popping up and they wanted me to stop that so I said serversilence but idk.
