Physically Stuck in Victory Road

I'm not sure if this is a known bug I tried to see if this has happened to anyone else but can't seem to find anything.

I was going through Victory Road and saved the same as normal. The next time i loaded up the game, I can't move my character. The start button doesn't work, neither does the L button, the only buttons that actually do anything are A and B but that only causes it to bring up the "previously on.." thing. Has this happened to anyone else?
