Pokémon tcg Binder

Hi all. I was just wondering whether you could help me out? On Facebook marketplace I’ve found a Pokemon binder on sale. I managed to talk him down from £200 to £170. I’m new to the tcg and was wondering if this was a decent price before purchasing. Thanks
