What's the most underrated Pokemon?

I'm a huge fan of Abomasnow and you don't see him used often enough.

With Snow Warning always making it hail, Blizzard never misses (unless the opponent's Pokémon is in a semi-vulnerable state like Dig). While Abomasnow has a lot of weaknesses, the combination of grass and ice effectiveness works nicely in my team.

Does anyone else have an favorite underrated Pokemon?
