Clarity needed on Multiple PS5 and game sharing in same household

Hi I hope you guys can help because the PlayStation Documentation regarding game licenses on multiple PS5s is quite lacking or im just not understanding it. I need clarification on using a child account that was created under my primary PSN account that will be used on a second PS5 that will be purchased. This will be considered the secondary PS5.

Consider the following scenario:

An additional PS5 is purchased for another room in the household for the child.

PSN Parent ID: GamerParent

PSN Child ID: GamerChild

-----------------

With GamerChild signed into the secondary PS5, will he able to download games that was purchased under GamerParent onto the secondary PS5 and play them at the same time GamerParent is playing on the primary PS5?
