Trans-friendly rheumatologists?

I just saw someone else post about a trans-friendly neurologist, so I thought I’d put out my call too lol.

I’m looking to switch rheumatologists because I think my current one isn’t very trans-friendly and doesn’t seem to take me very seriously. I have RA and have had it since I was 13, so it’s important I stay on top of that especially because now im probably in for a life of autoimmune problems.

I’d prefer UPMC as I already receive financial assistance thru them. I already did the LGBT affirming filter on their website, but the only one I really like only does telehealth which is kind of a no-go for me when it comes to inflammation (how will she know what the problem really is if she can’t feel my joints?!?). I’ve seen many other providers who don’t have the LGBT affirming marker but have been incredibly supportive.
