Trans friendly neurologist

Hello everyone 👋🏼

I'm in search of a trans friendly neurologist. I've been experiencing a lot of scary symptoms recently that I really want to get to the bottom of, but I've had a lot of mistreatment so would prefer to find someone understanding. At the very least someone who can hold a conversation with me long enough to help me figure everything out. I've been going through UPMC, which has some pros and cons obviously, but if there's providers in other places I'd definitely be open to explore.
