What are the best places for affordable wine?

I know that most Fine Wine and Spirits stores have an economy section where you can get cheap Barefoot wine or a large 2 for $23 deal, that's what I usually do. Does anyone know about any other spots? Does Market District have decent deals or prices, or is that just with an advantage card?
