Mocktails

I chose 2025 as the year to get sober and was looking for good places to go to get mocktails for my birthday. Birthday + what I call "grown up drinks"/ fancy cocktails have gone hand in hand for over 10 years at this point, so I feel like my February birthday will be my first real "challenge" on this journey...I'd love to get some recommendations for some good places to go in and around the city... can anyone help?
