People in pilates, what else do you do throughout the week?

Hello Pilates community!

I’m about to book my first Pilates class and was thinking about starting with a hot Pilates session, but I’m wondering if that’s a good choice for a beginner. Since I’m new to the workout class world, I’d also love to know what else you all incorporate into your weekly routine. Do you pair Pilates with other activities like yoga, running, etc? How many times a week do you typically attend Pilates classes? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
