tragus piercing bump

hi everyone, i pierced my tragus about four months ago and it developed a bump both on the inside and the outside holes. i put saline solution on it for the first month but atm i’m not putting anything on it. the piercing is titanium and it should be about 8 or 10 mm long. how should I cure it? what can i do to make the bumps go away? thanks in advance for any suggestion!
