In your opinion, what is the most common weakness you see related to falls in elderly?

I was just thinking about this today, ALL of my patients right now have hip weakness. Glute sets aren’t cutting it, neither is standing hip abduction, almost no one does it right without cueing. Seated abd with band also seems worthless to me for most folks. It drives me crazy that I don’t see this improving a ton for most patients. Never stop moving and don’t sit on your ass when you retire, continue strength training into your later years.
