Japan tourist visa - delayed birth cert, no baptismal cert
Hello, my family and I are planning a trip to JPN. My mother is disabled and we want to bring her old sitter with her. Di tlga kakayanin without.
Our old sitter's birth certificate is "delayed registration", and pag ganon, the Japanese embassy requires na dapat magsubmit rin ng Form 137 (elementary school grades) and baptismal cert.
She has a Form 137 na nasakin na, pero hassle yung baptismal certificate. Di nya alam san sya bininyagan, yung town name lang sa Iloilo, so I googled and researched the churches. Nahanap ko naman ang minessage ko yung simbahan by FB kasi wala silang number. Ang tagal mag reply pero eventually cinonfirm naman na may record sila and they sent us a scanned copy ng baptismal certificate.
Pero when I got the copy - may minor typo error sa name, mali yung year of birth by one year, tapos yung baptismal town yung na nilagay na Place of Birth kahit hindi nman dapat, so hindi tuloy match yung PSA birth cert and passport place of birth dun sa baptismal cert. Tapos ngayon biglang di na nagrereply yung simbahan sa FB nung nag message ako kung pano mag-process ng corrections.
Nung una iniisip ko pwd kaming mag submit nalang ng Affidavit of the Same Person. Pero now napapaisp ako parang masyado maraming discrepancies eh. Name spelling, year of birth, and birth place. Mas ok kaya to say na hindi tlga mahanap yung baptismal cert and di nagrereply yung church?
Wala narin kaming time (it's been months of back and forth with the church in Ilioilo, sa November na yung trip namin) so I am planning nalang to submit a letter saying na we tried our best to search for the baptismal cert pero di namin mahanap tlga. I inquired sa visa agency kung paano if walang baptismal cert and yun nga, sabi I have to write a letter daw, pero di raw nila masasabi if makakalusot.
Any advice? Anyone here with a delayed birth cert na walang baptismal cert? Naka lusot ba? Or has anyone experienced having to process a tourist visa for yaya/caregiver for Japan?
