Anyone else get a stomach bug?

Looking around, a lot of people around me have gotten a stomach bug over the last week. Starts with a headache ends with diarrhea and throwing up. Looking online as well I am seeing a lot of people with the same bug. I know it might just be food poisoning but people who were not with me are also experiencing it.
