Phoenix Fan Fusion Scheduling Questions

My friends and I are going to Phoenix Fan Fusion this year and since this our first big convention we’re not 100% sure what to expect. Main problem is scheduling, there’s a few people we’d like to meet and a we’re starting to look at panels but not sure how long the lines for actors are going to be. How should we go about scheduling around actor times and panel times?
