Question About Sirius Phish Radio

I ended up with a trial (recently bought new vehicle) of Sirius, and I’ve been listening to the Phish Radio channel. It’s been pretty cool - don’t know if I’d keep paying just for it, but this morning gave me pause and I said “maybe”.

Switched it on, and lo and behold I got to listen to the Tweezer > Makisupa from my first ever show - 9.28.99.

Here’s my question: does Phish Radio get access to SBD’s that are otherwise not available? I’ve heard a couple taper recordings of this show over the years, but this one sounded much much better. It is not available on Live Phish.

I would really like to get a quality recording of this show, ideally an SBD, if anyone has a source or lead.
