Looking to buy a house in Macamot, Binangonan.

Hello! Newbie here. Just want to ask if worth it ba bumili ng bahay sa Binangonan, specifically in Brgy Macamot. The place itself was really beautiful, laking selling point nung view ng Laguna Lake (?) Plus, pasok talaga sa budget ko even though semi-finish lang. However, my main concern is the traffic. I work in Ortigas and we're in a hybrid work setup while my sister reports to the office everyday. Sakin kebs lang but syempre for my sister baka haggard na. All suggestions are much appreciated :D Thank you!
