IT Manager role in Procter & Gamble

Already read a few things about p&g here sa reddit like how they usually get those from big 4 etc. but medyo mixed pa din ang thoughts regarding culture, work-life balance etc. I guess nag-iiba iba talaga per department/function.

So anyone here who knows how is it like to be an IT manager there? How about the culture and growth opportunities? Some said na madalas yung overtime etc and too demanding, is true for the whole IT dept as well?

Is the management path as more lucrative than their software engineering/programming roles?
