Keeping V question

Anatomical language Tw. Use whatever language you like but I prefer anatomical for me because it’s descriptive :) Those who kept the vagina, did you also keep the labia minora or did they give you the option to? If you did how does it look like now if you can illustrate an idea? I am wanting to keep it mainly to just protect that area. I already have issues with dryness and atrophy. I don’t really want the minora to look out of place though so I’m wondering how it will look like. I think if I ask my surgeon for a particular look he’ll probably do his best but I’m curious about how everyone else’s experience went. I know this is not very common though.
