Starting to get really irritated by Penn Foster

Has anyone else just never received their diploma? I got an email congratulating me and everything after I paid off my balance. That was in September. Last month they said they were gonna resend it and confirmed that my email and home address they have is correct. I’ve received nothing. Obviously I know Penn Foster is not a scam but wtf is going on 😭 I am 19 and paid for this myself. What was the point of me paying when they are seemingly incapable of getting it to me at the moment? Yes I know I can order it myself from parchment but for now I refuse to because Penn foster needs to uphold their end of our agreement.
