Peacock cracking down on sharing? Terms of use for 2025

I got an email today that I have to agree to the terms in order to continue using peacock. I decided to skim and see anything that stood out to me. Seems like sharing your peacock account outside of your household will potentially give you a suspension or termination of your account. I don’t know if it was there before as I am still reading it. But I wanted to know if it was there before?
