Do I need to upgrade my pc?

I've had my pc for about 3 years now and I've noticed that in the past 6 months some of the newer games I've played e.g stalker 2, silent hill 2 and space marine 2 all run slower than I thought it would (around 50-80 fps). Right now I have a I7 11700k, rtx 3060 12GB and 32GB pf ddr4 at 3200 mhz.

I don't know if it would be a good idea to upgrade because if u do it would be basically a new build?
