4080 super getting 70 fps in warzone

I bought a prebuild with a 4080 super and i9-14900kf. The problem is in the warzone lobby i get between 140 to 250 fps and it sometimes drops down to 80, but in a match i can barley get 70 fps.

I have:

• uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times ( even deleted all the game files i could find),
• gone back to older drivers and updated to the latest drivers
• and even did a factory reset.

Pls help
