Has Paypal Generated / Sent Out 1099K's Already?

Hello, I buy and sell a lot of electronics, I buy them from retailers and pay tax on them and after a while sell them on hardwreswap subreddit with goods and services, for a loss.

I was wondering how the 1099k forms on paypal work and if they have released them already lol? Thanks!
