What I don't like about Endgame

Breaches = good, but picking up 60 breach shards = bad, why can't I just get a big drop at the end? Breaches are also ruined by 80% of the maps being horrible layouts.

Ritual = boring, I just stand in the middle and hold right click and everything blows up, then I get no loot 80+% of the time.

Delirium = why does my game look like sh!t

Map Bosses = Visually Big Rare

Pinnacle Bosses = Why do I have 1 shot to beat a boss I've never seen, that has one-shot mechanics that are not telegraphed? + I can't see what they are doing because there is so much going on on my screen.
Campaign bosses were much better with long fights, and often it was your fault for dying. Many times I had turn back on my basic attack mid-fight as I ran out of mana, and it worked out in the end.

Map Design = Corridors, looking at map overlay, not game to work where I can walk

Map Juicing = I honestly feel like Divines are more likely to drop in un-juiced maps, but loot is overkill with bad stuff with Juice maps.

Map Tier progression = Do we all just go to T1, die to lots of on-death effects, fix our gear, and start running t15s a day later?

Kill all the rares! (to complete map) = Why? I just get to move to another map, it's not like there is a reward for doing this, and often leads to 45 seconds of running back the way you came.

Towers = Great mechanic to juice maps around it, but half the time it juices maps it terrible spots I don't want to go to, and everyone knows running them is really boring. Easy fix, make the tower just like another league mechanic that falls into specific maps.

EDIT:
I don't touch Strongboxes or Chests
